Delete Your Pawlog Account

Method 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you have uninstalled Pawlog, cannot access your account, or are unable to use the in-app account deletion feature, you may request account deletion by email.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Email address registered with Pawlog:

• Are you the owner of a shared pet profile?
• Data you would like to have deleted:

To protect your account, we may contact you through the email address registered with Pawlog to verify account ownership.

Data That Will Be Deleted

After your identity has been verified, we will delete or disassociate the following data, depending on your account status:

• Your Pawlog login account
• Your registered email address and user ID
• Your user profile
• Pet profiles owned by your account
• Pet profile pictures and photos
• Weight, food, water intake, and mood records
• Bowel movement and urination records
• Medication, vaccination, veterinary visit, and other medical records
• Reminders, notes, and other daily records
• Charts and analysis data generated by Pawlog Pro
• Invitation records and shared-member permissions
• Other app data associated with your Pawlog account

Payment, transaction, and subscription records stored by Google Play are handled by Google in accordance with its own policies. Pawlog cannot delete transaction records stored in your Google Account.

Shared Pet Profiles

If You Are an Invited Member

After your account is deleted:

• Your permission to view or edit the shared pet profile will be removed.
• Data owned by the pet owner will not be deleted.
• Other authorized members may continue managing the pet profile.

If You Are the Pet Owner

If you are the Owner of a shared household that has other members, Pawlog does not let you delete your account until you transfer ownership. Before deleting your account:

• Transfer ownership to another eligible member (an active member who is not a Viewer) in Settings → Family Sharing.
• Then delete your account. After the transfer, the shared pets and their records stay with the new Owner and the other members; deleting your account only removes your membership.

If you are the only member of your household, deleting your account also deletes your pet profiles and all associated information and records, as described above.

Pawlog Pro Subscription

Deleting your Pawlog account or uninstalling Pawlog will not automatically cancel your Pawlog Pro subscription managed through Google Play.

Before deleting your account, please review and cancel your subscription through:

Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pawlog → Cancel subscription

Processing Time

After receiving your deletion request by email, we will first verify ownership of the account.

Once identity verification has been completed, we will process the deletion of your account and associated data within 30 days.

Residual copies stored in system security backups may remain for up to 90 days, after which they will be overwritten or permanently deleted.
